Getting Organized

Lots of top leaders like to use a planner to stay organized-but you can use whatever works best for you! (White board, filing system, a notebook, etc!) 

You want to for sure organize these two things

Follow Ups
Make sure to always write down names of people that you're having conversations with! That way you can go back and message them if your conversation drops off, or if they were interested in products/business etc! Lots of times, people will give a date and say "I will order on payday-next Friday"! Write their name down in your planner/notebook etc to remind yourself to catch up with them! Also, the "event reminder" feature on messenger or Siri / Google Home is great for reminders too!

Loyal Customers
Write LCs down when they sign up, and send them a thank you email, text, message, or card! You should also remind them 5 days before their autoship will run the following two months to provide the best customer service! You can write them down in your planner on the date to check in! This way you'll be reminded to remind them to change or add items to their autoship if they would like!
